How it works

  1. You choose a person and write the message yourself.
  2. You choose the cadence for the reminder.
  3. At the scheduled time, Check/In opens your phone's message composer.
  4. You review the message and decide whether to send it.

  • Does it send messages automatically? No. You always decide whether to send.
  • Does it reply or continue conversations? No. Check/In only helps you initiate.
  • Are messages generated automatically? No. Messages are written by you.
  • What is free? You can schedule up to 3 active contacts for free. Check/In Plus is $0.99/week for more active scheduled contacts.
  • How do I cancel Plus? Manage or cancel through Apple Subscriptions.
